Are we being watched by Aliens?

Do you enjoy juggling questions about life beyond planet Earth? If I'm spiritually "stuck" or out of alignment with my spiritual practices, I find that simply putting on an episode of Ancient Aliens can snap me back into that state of wonder and hope that there is so much more to the universe than mundane or depressing current events. Contemplating other intelligent life out in the cosmos helps me to not sweat the small stuff and calm irrational anxieties.

I usually start with a question like this and then just web out as I let my brain wonder:

• If other worldly beings have such advanced technology to travel light years to zip around our planet almost undetected, then they must be more advanced in other ways also, right? Advanced wisdom is what many of us seek - having the inside scoop on the meaning of everything. Are they more advanced socially and economically - with way better societal behaviors due to advanced understandings of cause and effect?

• Are other worldly beings able to tap into our media and watch our news, reality TV shows and reels on social media? Is this how they learn about us? Or do they have telepathic or psychic abilities to tap into the observations of every fly on the wall. How much are we being watched? Or judged?

As we humans increase our understanding of the universe, my hope is that wisdom, peace and maturity will keep transforming our consciousness toward a cosmic level.
